Our aim is to make your job as easy as possible and for a keenly subsidized fee of between £800 - £1200 we can provide you with an exceptionally high quality tour package featuring major national and international artists across a diverse range of musical styles.
Our shows will offer unique opportunities for your audiences to experience memorable live music performances, which they are sure to enjoy and may never see the likes of in their local area again!
When you link up with Moving on Music, we take care of the following
- Booking, contracting and payment of artists
- Travel to, from and within Northern Ireland
- Accommodation
- Technical requirements, including PA, piano hire and delivery as necessary
And there’s more
- Moving on Music will also provide you with quality promotional materials, including posters, flyers, press releases, photographs and ad-blocks
We ask you to take responsibility for
- Providing a suitable space for the performance, with staging, staffing and adequate lighting
- Co-ordinating all ticketing requirements and ticket-sales for the show
- Distributing promotional materials and liaising with local media
- Providing appropriate hospitality for artists
- Completing an attendance return following the performance
